Trossingen is conveniently located between the Black Forest and the schwäbischer Alb and is easily accessible by car and train. The town is connected via the A81 motorway (Villingen-Schwenningen exit) and the B523 federal highway. Trossingen train station (on the Rottweil–Villingen line) offers regional train connections.
